Harmonic Healing with Laura Mae

Hello, I'm Laura Mae. Art has been a grounding and creative force in my life for as long as I can remember. I started studying and practicing art as a young child, and over time, mandala art became a way for me to combine creativity with mindfulness and reflection.

Reiki has also been part of my life since childhood with having both of my parents trained in Reiki. As a child, if I didn't feel well physically or emotionally, my mom would practice on me and I always felt lighter and calmer afterwards. As an adult, Reiki has played an important role in my own healing journey. As a certified Usui Reiki Master Practitioner, I love working with others as I share this healing gift with them.

After two decades in education, I bring that same passion for teaching and supporting others into my healing work. I believe in creating welcoming spaces where people can slow down, explore their inner world, and reconnect with themselves.

Through Harmonic Healing, my focus is on the ways we can tap into our body's innate ability to heal and our own inner-knowing through energy work and art. These practices have been vital healing tools on my journey through life, and it is an honor to be able to share them with others.
