Creating with Passion
Laura’s first love has always been art. At around the age of 10, Laura began taking watercolor classes from a local artist in her kitchen. She was grateful to have the opportunity to explore different mediums through the years along with amazing art teachers who have inspired her. Laura’s first career choice was to be an art therapist. Little did she know that later on in her life, art would become her therapy.
Laura’s mom, and biggest supporter, gave Laura a ZenTangle book which has led to some incredible pen and ink work. As Laura has grown in her spiritual practices, she has seen how it has influenced her art. She feels as if the pieces create themselves as she channels what to do next with pen on paper. Her daily work with Oracle Cards and the messages she receives from Spirit also inspire her next steps.
She is very grateful to have the opportunity to share her art with others.
Reiki Healing
Laura began her journey as a Reiki Practitioner in 2021. She had experienced the benefits and healing capabilities of Reiki since she was a child. Both of her parents were trained in Usui Reiki and her mom would practice on her growing up.
Laura connected with a Reiki Master who she worked closely with for several years. When the lady she worked with moved away, she was connected with her Reiki teacher.
In 2021, Laura made the decision to study Reiki and become a practitioner herself. The journey has simply been magical. Laura received her Usui Reiki Master Practitioner Certification September 11, 2021. She has been practicing regularly in her personal life and sharing with others.
